In 1940, Micheal and Malvina Sacco opened the first "Bocce Pizza" on Hickory and Eagle in Buffalo, making pizza's entirely by hand, as a side order,
baked in brick ovens!
Their take-out consisted on putting the pizza in paper bags at that time. Everything was done with T.L.C. (Tender Loving Care),
as their family is still doing, following tradition. Our Large Pizza is still 18 inches round.
Bocce Pizza is Buffalo's most famous Pizzeria and as soon as you taste it, we know you will agree.
